If you answer yes to any of the following questions, call our office immediately and do not report to your appointment.

1. Currently waiting for test results or has anyone you have been in close contact with waiting for the results of a Covid-19 test?
2. Fever, cough, shaking, chills, flu-like symptoms, or new-onset diarrhea?
3. Shortness of Breath or inability to smell/taste?
4. Exposure to anyone positive for COVID 19 within 7-10 days?
